Shipping policy

Shipping Within Canada & USA
All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same business day when possible.

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer's address and chosen carrier. HoneyX™ does not cover shipping costs.

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged upon delivery.

Discreet Packaging
Products are shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging. The original manufacturer box is placed inside a plain shipping package.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the order has been shipped.

Delays
Carriers may experience delays outside our control. HoneyX™ is not responsible for delivery times once the package has been handed to the carrier.
