Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred option (single or box), add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view your purchase history.
Is there a minimum age requirement to purchase?
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from HoneyX™. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping (2-4 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) are also available at checkout. Processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding visible on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. We do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
Products & Ingredients
What are your honey blends made of?
Our honey blends are made with natural honey as the base, combined with various herbal ingredients depending on the specific product. Each product's ingredients are listed on its original manufacturer packaging.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. HoneyX™ sources products directly from established manufacturers. All items are sold in their original, sealed, unmodified packaging exactly as produced by the manufacturer.
Do you manufacture these products?
No. HoneyX™ is an independent reseller. We do not manufacture, formulate, or modify any products. We source from trusted suppliers and sell products in their original packaging.
What is the difference between your products?
Each honey blend has a different formulation created by its respective manufacturer. Product descriptions on our website provide details about each specific item. Some products are designed for men, others for women.
Usage & Storage
How do I use honey sachets?
Tear open the sachet and consume the honey directly, or mix it into warm water or tea. Always follow the usage instructions provided on the original product packaging.
How should I store the products?
Store honey blends in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in humid environments like bathrooms. Refrigeration is not required but will not harm the product.
What is the shelf life?
Each product has an expiration or best-by date printed on the packaging. We recommend using products before this date for the best experience.
Can I take more than one sachet?
Always follow the serving recommendations provided on the product packaging. Do not exceed the recommended serving size.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will gladly assist you if:
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product was defective upon arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
How do I request a refund for a damaged order?
Email us at support@honeyx.ca with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please check with neighbours and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Safety & Allergies
Are there any allergy warnings?
Yes. Our products contain honey and may contain bee-derived ingredients such as royal jelly and bee pollen. If you have allergies to bee products, do not use these products. Always review the ingredient list on the packaging before use.
Who should avoid using these products?
You should consult a healthcare professional before use if you:
  • Have any pre-existing medical conditions
  • Are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have known allergies to honey, bee products, or herbal ingredients
Are these products approved by Health Canada?
These products have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada. HoneyX™ is a reseller and sells honey blends exactly as packaged by their original manufacturers. We do not make medical or health claims. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
