HoneyX™ operates exclusively as an independent reseller and distributor of honey-based products. We purchase products from third-party manufacturers and resell them to consumers in their original, unmodified packaging. We do not manufacture, formulate, compound, process, or alter any products sold through this Site.

THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.
4.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time.
4.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
4.4 Shipping

5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HONEYX™, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Personal injury, illness, or adverse health effects allegedly resulting from the use of any product
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to product ingredients
- Interactions between products and medications or medical conditions
- Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from product recalls, regulatory actions, or changes in legal status
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HoneyX™, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

- Any claim that your use of a product caused harm to yourself or any third party
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The HoneyX™ name, logo, and website content are the property of HoneyX™ or its licensors. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers. You may not use any intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Quebec, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
