At HoneyX™, we want you to have a positive experience. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase, as we have a strict policy due to the nature of our products.
No Returns Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or any other reason not listed below.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-returns policy.
Exceptions — When We Will Help
We will gladly assist you in the following situations:
- Damaged products: Your order arrived damaged during shipping
- Defective products: Your product was defective upon arrival (e.g., broken seal, contamination)
- Incorrect orders: We shipped the wrong product(s)
If any of the above apply, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been opened or used
- Claims that a product "did not work" or "did not meet expectations"
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Products not purchased directly from honeyx.ca
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

HoneyX™ is a reseller of honey-based products. We do not manufacture these products and make no claims regarding their effectiveness for any specific purpose. Individual experiences may vary.
We cannot offer refunds based on subjective claims about product results. If you have specific expectations, please research thoroughly before purchasing.
How to Request Help
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order:

Email Us
Send an email to support@honeyx.ca with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- Clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging

Wait for Our Response
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Resolution
If approved, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbours and building management
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- Contact us — we will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered
