Cancellation Policy
Information about cancelling or modifying your order.

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on honeyx.ca.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately at support@honeyx.ca.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If we are able to cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.
If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for details.
Refusing Delivery
If you refuse delivery of a package or it is returned to us because you did not pick it up:
- We will deduct the original shipping cost from any refund
- We will deduct the return shipping cost from any refund
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply
We strongly recommend contacting us before refusing any delivery.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your order (different product, quantity, or shipping address), contact us immediately at support@honeyx.ca.
We can only make changes if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, no modifications can be made.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email Us
Send an email to support@honeyx.ca with:
- Subject line: "Order Cancellation Request"
- Your order number
- Your email address
We will respond within 24 hours during business days to confirm whether your order can be cancelled.
Cancellation by HoneyX™
We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information error
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment information
- Shipping address cannot be verified or is incomplete
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and an email notification explaining the reason.
