At HoneyX™, we understand that fast and discreet shipping is important to our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and practices.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada!
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name visible on the outside.
Our discreet packaging includes:
  • Plain brown or white boxes/mailers — no product images or descriptions
  • Generic return address — no "HoneyX" branding on the exterior
  • No product names on shipping labels
  • Secure packaging — products are wrapped and padded to prevent damage
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, a link to track your package, and an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • FedEx
The carrier used depends on your location, order size, and selected shipping speed.
Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
Delivery Issues
Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
  • Check your tracking information for updates
  • Allow 1-2 additional business days as carriers may experience delays
  • Contact us if your package shows no movement for more than 5 business days
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows "Delivered" according to tracking, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location and checking with neighbours or building management if a package appears missing.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products. See our Refund Policy for more details.
